The Community Exchange Network Tasmania (CENTs) is a community currency exchange program of Live Well Tasmania where you trade your goods, services and skills with others. Traders use the Simbi platform as a self managed peer to peer exchange.
We facilitate community Trading Sessions to tap into the abundance in your local community. 

You can buy and sell services, products and pay it forward trading locally or virtually with others around the globe. We recognise everyone has talents to share and value to offer and we all have needs to be met.  

If you can mow a lawn, weed a garden, share some homegrown produce, offer transport or teach someone a new skill then you will be able to trade on Simbi. You can buy goods from others in the community to help you meet your day to day needs. You have access to services that may be out of reach in the normal monetary eeconomy.

The CENTs Repair Market takes place at scheduled intervals at Live Well Tasmania, 28 Saunders St Wynyard.

Bring your wares/produce/plants etc to trade with others. Don't forget your mobile device to trade in real time using Simbi. Join Simbi here

Got a broken item that needs fixing? Bring it along to learn from a mentor how to repair it and keep it out of landfill. Keep an eye out for the feature skill from tool sharpening to bike repairs, sewing to general repairs. There is something somewhere that needs repairing. 

Local mentors are waiting to show you how to fix your broken item or offer your skills to teach others. Fancy yourself as a mentor? Talk to us about getting involved and earn yourself some simbis.

Bring your device so you can sign into your Simbi account and process your transactions in "real time" sending simbis directly to the seller.
